Meet The Canadian Remote – working Wonder Firm

Fast-growth Canadian tech firm Thoughtexchange has been successfully practicing remote working since its inception. Located in the Rocky Mountain town of Rossland, BC, it was set up to allow workers to freedom to enjoy a greater work/life balance. Now, in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak, that decision to empower staff to work away from a rigid office routine is paying huge dividends.

With 150 employees spread over 147 locations, the enterprise crowdsourcing company finds itself in the position of not having to make major adjustments due to the challenge of self-isolation during the pandemic.
