It was a great evening filled with local entertainment, and most importantly an honouring ceremony for some community members with special achievements. Wi’kapaltimk is a Mi’kmaw term meaning “Honouring Ceremony”, and the word Maltikle’wimk is a French adapted word for “Mardi Gras”.
