Armand William Paul is the son of Keptin Blair Paul & Mary Ellen Paul from Membertou First Nation. Armand’s schooling began at Membertou Elementary then attended off-reserve schooling at Sherwood Park Jr. High and Sydney Academy High School where he graduated in 2011 with Distinction. Right after high school Armand attended Cape Breton University and Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Community Studies Degree in Political Science in 2016.
