Millbrook Early Education Centre adds natural play area as a place for ‘play and learning’ just in time for the new school year.

There has been a movement to move all learning places to a more child-led/Montessori/Reggio approach. There are always pros and cons to new learning approaches. There are however, questions that must be asked by the play providers; these questions should include how “play” is defined, and how play can best be implemented within early education facilities. Different definitions lead to different choices and implementations, but that is okay.
