After years of song writing and playing gigs throughout the Atlantic 2nd Generation from Eskasoni Nova Scotia decided to take the next step from being musicians to being recording artists. The 10 track album features songs about Life, Love, Loss and Frustration felt in the Indigenous community.
2nd Generation have been playing together for more then 18 years. In November 2017, 2nd Generation released their debut album titled “No More Waiting” featuring the song “Waiting” that speaks to the frustration felt by Indigenous Canadians.
