Eleven of our children left the Community on October 31st for their Special Trip. On November 1st they arrived in Fort Lauderdale. They had a great visit with the Seminole Tribe including a visit to their community, museum, a swamp buggy, air boat tour followed by a snake and critter show.

The next day they headed to Orlando. They visited Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World. They had a great trip. We hope the children enjoyed the experiences we were able to provide to them. Thank you to all those who helped support all of our fundraising efforts for our youth for this trip. A special thank you to Eleanor Bernard and the MK Chiefs Board of Directors; the Bear River First Nation Staff and Community for their continued support.
