It seems as if grey skies and rain always wants to invite itself to our community events in Membertou. For some reason, the wet weather never wants to leave, but it never stops us from celebrating and having fun.
And what a fun time to celebrate with our community’s 13th annual Mawiomi, held from September 10-13, which welcomed friends from all over and crowned some new and inaugural champions! Some old favorites will always be popular and a new event became an instant sensation.
