The award for Exemplary Conduct and Workplace Safety is not given out every year but it’s meant to recognize individuals who go above and beyond when it comes to safety. The award this year goes to a community who spent the year going through safety and maintenance audits, developing customized maintenance programs and going through the ‘Safest Catch’ safety management program on each of their vessels.
