Membertou celebrated their community graduates on Thursday, June 26, with their annual graduation banquet held at the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre. This year had an astounding 17 high school graduates, 10 post-secondary students and 28 graduates from the METS/STAIRS programs which focus on trades and special diplomas. On top of the 55 graduates there were an abundance of students who successfully graded and will be moving on to further their education. This year Membertou had an overwhelming 47 students who graduated or graded with honours.
