In her final words from last year’s inaugural Mi’kmaq Run for the Cure in Eskasoni, Sherise Gould of Eskasoni promised everyone, “I may not be a survivor today, but I will be next year for the 2nd Annual Mi’kmaq Run for the Cure!”
