The Sammy Gehue Achievement Awards celebrated the achievements of four dynamic students on Friday, August 30, 2013, at The Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq. The young Mi’kmaw role models, joined by their families, were acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work in school and their communities.
