The newly formed First Nations Centre of Balance and Resiliency Association hosted their first Atlantic Regional Indian Residential Schools Commemoration Event: “From Victim to Survivor.” The gathering was held at Holiday Inn in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on September 12 to 14, 2012.
