The Mi’kmaq Maliseet Atlantic Youth Council (MMAYC) along with Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat hosted the “Bridging the Gap” conference August 6th -8th, 2012 in Fredericton, NB. The Conference took place at the University of New Brunswick and hosted over 100 delegates including Aboriginal youth and Indian Residential School (IRS) survivors from across Atlantic Canada.
